Our primary model provider was answering slowly between 19:05 and 19:40 UTC. Sessions still worked but a turn took up to twenty seconds. Routing failed over to the secondary model at 19:22 and speed returned to normal. No sessions were lost.

Resolved
A change to the session screen briefly showed raw LaTeX instead of rendered equations for about two hours. Rendering was restored and there is now a test that fails if math shows as plain text.
